This document constitutes the complete legal agreement between you and kilau4. By registering an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

By accessing, registering for, or using the kilau4 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. You must meet all of the following criteria to register and maintain an Account on kilau4:
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.
kilau4 employs a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process for all Accounts. You will be required to submit government-issued identification (such as your KTP – Indonesian national identity card), proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri), and a selfie holding your identification document. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration may be suspended, and withdrawals will be blocked until verification is successfully completed.
Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening multiple Accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If kilau4 detects duplicate Accounts associated with the same person — whether through matching personal details, device fingerprints, payment methods, IP addresses, or other technical indicators — all such Accounts will be closed, and any funds or bonuses will be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your Account details with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify kilau4 customer support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
Important: kilau4 will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any such request is fraudulent. Do not respond to phishing attempts or share your credentials with anyone claiming to represent kilau4.
kilau4 accepts deposits via Indonesian local bank transfers (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata), major e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and QRIS instant payment. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, though individual payment providers may impose their own restrictions.
Deposits are typically credited to your kilau4 Account instantly or within 5 minutes. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within 15 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number and proof of payment (bank receipt or e-wallet confirmation screenshot).
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
kilau4 targets a withdrawal processing time of 5 to 15 minutes for verified Accounts during standard operating hours (06.00 – 23.00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). Withdrawals requested outside these hours or during high-volume periods (such as major football match settlements or public holidays like Idul Fitri) may take up to 60 minutes. In exceptional cases requiring additional verification, processing may take up to 24 hours.
kilau4 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
kilau4 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or refuse any deposit or withdrawal that we reasonably suspect to be connected to illicit activity. All large or unusual transactions may be subject to enhanced due diligence. Players must wager at least 1x (one times) the value of any deposit before that deposit amount becomes eligible for withdrawal, to prevent the Platform from being used as a currency exchange service.
All bets placed on kilau4 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing the details of each bet before submission. kilau4 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, duplicate bets, or bets placed by Players we suspect of engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
Odds are subject to change at any time until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted, the odds locked at the time of acceptance will govern the settlement of that bet.
kilau4 offers comprehensive betting markets on football (including BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and the AFF Cup), badminton, basketball, volleyball, MotoGP, and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Available bet types include 1X2, Asian Handicap, Over/Under, Both Teams to Score, Correct Score, First Goalscorer, and mix parlay (accumulator bets of up to 10 selections).
All sports bets are settled based on the official result as published by the governing league or federation. If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless more than 90% of the scheduled match time has been completed, in which case bets will stand based on the score at the time of abandonment.

Most Bonuses have an expiration period, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period, the Bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Wagering contributions vary by game type; typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino and sports bets may contribute 10% to 50%. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kilau4 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
kilau4 is not responsible for any losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service interruptions (such as payment processor outages). While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.
In no event shall kilau4's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the six-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the kilau4 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kilau4 is licensed to operate. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your Account, a bet settlement, a withdrawal, or any other matter, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat or email. kilau4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of Bonuses, multi-accounting, or any conduct we deem harmful to the integrity of the Platform.
Upon termination, any outstanding Account balance (excluding forfeited Bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 14 business days, subject to completion of any required verification procedures.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Once an Account is closed, it cannot be reopened except in cases of cooling-off periods or self-exclusion where reinstatement is permitted after the exclusion period expires.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
